Official Terms & Conditions

1. Contest Organizer

This giveaway (“Contest”) is organized and administered by Lisa Robinson, RMT, operating as YVR Registered Massage Therapy Inc. (“Organizer”).

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate and win:

  • Participants must be residents of British Columbia, Canada

  • Participants must be 19 years of age or older (age of majority in British Columbia) at the time of entry

  • Participants must have a valid Instagram account

  • Participants must be eligible to receive Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) treatment under British Columbia regulations

Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to win.

3. How to Access Contest Information

Scanning the QR code on promotional materials will direct participants to the Organizer’s Linktree page, which includes:

  • The Instagram contest post

  • These full Terms & Conditions

  • Booking pages

  • Website and review links

Scanning the QR code does not constitute an entry.
Participants must complete the required entry steps on Instagram to be entered into the Contest.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must complete all of the following steps on Instagram:

  1. Follow @yvrrmt

  2. Like the official Contest post

  3. Tag two (2) separate Instagram accounts in the comments of the Contest post

Additional entry rules:

  • Each additional comment tagging two (2) new accounts counts as one (1) additional entry

  • Duplicate tags or repeated tagging of the same accounts will not be counted

Optional bonus entries, if offered, will be clearly outlined in the Contest post caption.

5. Contest Period

  • Contest Opens: December 15, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST

  • Contest Closes: January 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST

Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Registered Massage Therapy session, redeemable as one of the following:

  • One 60-minute session

  • One 45-minute session

  • One 30-minute session

The session will be provided at Eagle Mountain Health, subject to availability.

7. Prize Conditions

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value

  • The winner must be the patient receiving treatment

  • The prize appointment must be booked and attended on or before July 31, 2026

  • Standard clinic policies apply, including intake forms, health history disclosure, and informed consent

8. Winner Responsibilities & Patient Profile Creation

To claim and redeem the prize:

  • The selected winner must respond to the Organizer within seven (7) days of initial notification

  • The winner must create a patient profile through the Eagle Mountain Health Jane App on or before January 31, 2026

  • Creation of the patient profile includes completion of an initial patient intake form

Failure to respond within the required timeframe or to complete the required patient profile and intake form by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize, at the Organizer’s discretion.

9. Clinical & Health Requirements

  • The winning prize will be provided solely by Lisa Robinson, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) at Eagle Mountain Health and is not redeemable with other practitioners or at other clinic locations from which Lisa Robinson may provide treatment services.

  • Treatment is subject to clinical appropriateness

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify, refuse, or discontinue treatment if it is not clinically indicated or safe

  • Medical clearance may be required in certain circumstances

Treatment will be provided in accordance with the standards of practice and professional obligations of the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC).

Winning the Contest does not guarantee treatment if contraindications are present.

10. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments must be booked in advance through the Eagle Mountain Health booking system

  • Missed appointments, late cancellations, or cancellations outside of clinic policy may result in forfeiture of the prize

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and standard clinic policies

11. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries

  • The winner will be announced on January 17, 2026 via Instagram

  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message only by the official Organizer account @yvrrmt

If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

12. Publicity

By entering this contest, the winner consents to the Organizer’s use of their first name and/or Instagram handle for promotional purposes related to the Contest, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for:

  • Contest administration

  • Prize fulfillment

  • Verification of eligibility

Information will not be sold or shared beyond what is required for Contest administration, except as required by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

15. Right to Modify or Cancel

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time, disqualify any entry that violates these Terms & Conditions, and resolve any disputes at its sole discretion.

All decisions by the Organizer are final.

16. Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
